Seminar Outline: Harvard Business Review (HBR) reports that for every $1.3T invested in digital technology, $900B is wasted. Brett Cowan (Executive Director, AgileXperts) unpacks the concept of Digital Transformation, what it is and where it is heading. With more and more agility being demanded from every department within an organisation, how can the Executive best know where to invest their efforts and attention to maximise the ROI for such a holistic and impactful change? Brett identifies the key critical aspect of Digital Transformation without which all organisations will fail, and present the benefits of pursuing such a impactful and risky transformation.
