Team eating pizza

At AgileXperts, we're a team of people trying to make the world a better place and bring out the best in people.

Some reasons to work with us:

  • We offer a hybrid work environment.

  • We make every effort to align our people with the work and clients that they're most passionate about.

  • We work in true partnership with our clients.

  • We all love helping people and businesses, making a difference and having fun while we do it.

  • If something isn't working for our Xperts, we work together to understand why and improve it through regular Team Retrospectives.

  • We're a supportive, collaborative team that fosters continuous improvement.

  • We lead by example and operate by the same principles we recommend to our clients.

  • We experiment and innovate as a team and with clients.

  • We support the health and wellbeing of our people to enable them to be their best selves.

  • We acknowledge people have families and personal interests and they are part of our entire work/life balance.

  • We provide ongoing professional development opportunities, through study support, practical experience and coaching.

  • We encourage individuals to shape their AgileXperts role and career trajectory.

  • We are committed to being an inclusive workplace that prides itself on recognising and valuing individual differences, backgrounds, perspectives, qualities and insights.

If you align with any of the following, we aren't right for each other:

  • Face-to-face collaboration is not your thing.

  • Hierarchy and bureaucracy are important just because.

  • Old established companies with rigid processes make me feel safe.

  • You accept hearing “This is the way it’s always been done; I see no reason for change”.

  • AgileXperts is spelt incorrectly.

  • There's nothing new under the sun.

  • Doing the same thing every day is your happy space.
